PIXL DASH

This Privacy Policy explains how Imam Alif Firmansyah ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play PIXL DASH (the "Game") on Android.

By playing the Game you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

1. Information We Collect

Anonymous User ID — generated automatically by Firebase when you first launch the Game. Used to save your score to the leaderboard.
Google Account Info (optional) — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your display name, profile photo URL, and Google UID from Google Sign-In. We do not receive your email address or password.
Username — the in-game name you choose. Stored in our database and visible on the public leaderboard.
Game Score — your best run distance (meters). Stored in the leaderboard database to enable global rankings.
Local Game Data — your bytes balance, power-up inventory, loadout, skin selection, and settings are stored only on your device using localStorage. We cannot access this data.

2. Advertising

PIXL DASH uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (GAID / Android Advertising ID) and other data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent and region.

We do not control the data AdMob collects. Please review Google's policies:

Google Firebase — Anonymous Authentication and Firestore database for leaderboard scores. Firebase Privacy

Google AdMob — in-app advertising. See Section 2 above.

4. How We Use Information

Display your username and score on the global leaderboard.
Allow you to resume progress when switching devices (Google Sign-In users).
Show advertisements to support free access to the Game.
Prevent abuse of the leaderboard (score validation rules).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Google (Firebase and AdMob) as described above, acting as our data processors.
When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Your leaderboard entry (username + score) is stored as long as you have an account. You can delete your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9). Clearing the Game's app data on your device will remove all locally stored data permanently.

7. Children's Privacy

PIXL DASH is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

Leaderboard data is protected by Firebase Security Rules. Only authenticated users can write their own scores, and scores are validated against a maximum threshold server-side. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
